Delivery & Shipping
Terrasport is currently able to offer web customers a variety of shipping options.
We have attempted to offer a combination of the most cost effective ways of shipping your order to you and the fastest and most secure.
Shipping options are dependent on your delivery location, weight, size and value of your order.
Royal Mail First Class
Royal Mail first class is available on all items within the UK. These items are usually delivered within 1-3 days.
Please note: should an item be damaged or not be delivered, it is 15-days (from the day of posting) until the Royal Mail considers it to be missing. Terrasport would then initiate a claim for the cost of the item - THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 MONTHS to complete.

Express Courier
Express courier services are available for a flat rate of £6.50 per order (up to 30kG) in the UK and according to order size and weight across the rest of Europe and the world. Orders placed before 1.30pm will be dispatched same day - subject to availability.
A signature is always required upon delivery but delivery to alternative addresses (i.e. a work address) is possible.
Upon dispatch, you will notified by email of the dispatch and given the tracking number of your item.
For international orders, all import duties and taxes are payable by YOU, the customer.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery Schedules are based from date of despatch from our warehouse but delivery may be subject to delays, so please allow up to 28-days for delivery.
We will always dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and in most cases the goods will leave us within 1-working day. On occasions where there are stock shortages, we will contact you to notify you of the delay.
